About Rotary-Dial

Rotary-Dial is a site dedicated to music, programming and design. We take an old-world approach to much of what we do, eschewing the "gak" of modern life while exploring ways to apply technology like never before. Initially a company with deeply-rooted DIY sensibilities, more recently RD functions as a collective of musicians, artists and coders inspired by a convergence of the brandy-spank new and the so-called "obsolete."

Originally formed as a record label in 1997, the company released a handful of albums over the years. Moving forward, we may continue to do so, but more as a labor of love than a business endeavor.
